Do not complete exercise during pregnancy if you have any of the following

warning signs to stop exercise while pregnant

warning signs to SLOW DOWN WHEN EXERCISING AFTER GIVING BIRTH

If you are experiencing or are unsure if you have any of the below symptoms, please contact your Midwife or GP urgently.
