warning signs to SLOW DOWN WHEN EXERCISING AFTER GIVING BIRTH

  • Increase fatigue

  • 'Heavy vagina'

  • Feeling of 'pushing down'

  • Muscule aches and pains

  • Colour changes in lochia (discharge after giving birth) - pink or red

  • Heavier lochia flow

  • Lochia starts flowing again after it has stopped

  • Doming of the Rectus Abdominus
